Clearing The Path: Yin Yoga & Meditation

Join Kim and Shauna for an 8 week series of Yin Yoga that intends to work in the hamstrings, hips and low back. 

 

Did you know that one of the most common areas of discomfort for meditation is in the low back?  Tension in the hamstrings and hips can often intensify this discomfort and without deep opening you may be missing out on the stillness and depth of meditation practices.

In this 4-week series participants will strengthen their intuitive muscles.

 

We are all born with intuition, and the more we use it, the more we find that we can navigate our lives with ease. It doesn't mean life will be easy, but it does mean you have more tools to navigate the opportunities life hands you.

Explore the connection to ascended masters and goddess energy through your own opening in this blended Yin Yoga an Meditation class. 

 

Kim and Shauna will expertly guide you in opening the body physically and energetically through longer held Yin Yoga poses that will focus on releasing blocks to connecting to the energy around and within us. 

 

Find yourself finishing this practice with a specific guided meditation related to the energy we move with will align with an ascended master or goddess.

4 Weeks to Better Sleep

4-Week Series (Thursdays)

Reconnect to a sense of joy and restoration through movement and deep rest.

 

In this class we will explore functional & restorative movements to support healthy joints and mobility.

 

We will end each class with a 20-30 minute iRest® yoga nidra practice.

iRest is an evidence based meditation practice founded on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra. Participants have the opportunity to rest on the floor in a restorative position with a blanket, pillow, and eye-pillow. This practice supports calming the nervous system, navigating challenging emotions and thought patterns, developing resiliency by resourcing a felt sense of well-being, and reconnecting with your innate sense of wholeness.
